XV Rally of the Umbria: the video of the first stage 2026

The first stage of the 15th Rally of the Umbria started as usual from Corso Vannucci, after the greetings of the civic authorities in the splendid Sala dei Notari, inside the Palazzo dei Priori, the seat of the Municipality of Perugia.
