The 11th edition of the Umbria Rally opens with the traditional gathering of participants, from all over Europe, at the Carducci Gardens in the historic centre of Perugia.

The return of the rally to its historic date in April was greeted by capricious spring weather, which will make this edition fun and adventurous!
