medical certificate for Anàbasi 300 and Rally of the Umbria 2026

Moto Club Umbria is a sports club affiliated to UISP a.p.s. and through it enters its two events Anàbasi 300 e Rally dell’Umbria in the Sport & Salute S.p.A. calendar.

By law, these entries require the presentation of a medical certificate for non-competitive sporting activity: failure to present or valid medical certificates will result in the exclusion of the participant from the event.

This medical certificate must be presented by the participant to the secretariat staff of Moto Club Umbria during the Preliminary Operations :

for Anàbasi 300 Friday 27 February 2026

for Rally dell’Umbria Thursday 23 April 2026

For organisational reasons we do not keep an archive so please do not send us the medical certificate by e-mail, we will not take it into account and we will ask for it during the preliminary operations anyway.

The medical certificate required to participate is for non-competitive sports activity, issued by your general practitioner: at his or her discretion, it may be valid for 6 or 12 months, he or she may require an ECG trace or not: it depends on your GP.

Below you can download an Italian facsimile in .pdf format the required medical certificate

certificates issued in other countries may differ, may be in the original language but must certify fitness for non-competitive sporting activity.

If you have a valid Race Licence, you had to undergo a thorough examination at a Sports Medicine clinic and therefore the race licence (even issued by other federations than UISP) for us replaces the medical certificate for non-competitive sporting activity.
