In the extraordinary Sala dei Notari Vittoria Ferdinandi, Mayor of the City of Perugia e Andrea Giombi, Tourism Councillor of the City of Fabrianowelcome the 250 rally participants of the Umbria, celebrate the Twinning between Perugia and Fabriano and the work of Filippo Ceccucci and the entire Moto Club Umbria for the value that Rally of the Umbria gives and brings to Perugia, to the entire Umbria and to the Umbrian-Marches Apennines.

A road-book to bring out and highlight a galaxy of small historical, artistic, naturalistic and eno-gastronomic episodes that are off the major tourist routes, waiting to be discovered.

This mission, stubbornly carried out by Moto Club Umbria over more than twenty years, has been and is recognised by the patronage of the Umbria and Marche Regions, the Municipalities of Perugia, Fabriano, Deruta and Monteleone di Orvieto for the 2025 edition of the Umbria Rally.
