The tenth edition is an important milestone in the long history of the Umbria Rally, an event that was born big back in the year 2000, with a competitive Tout Terrain Raid that grew year by year to become a round of the European Championship.

Since 2006, the experience from the Moto Club Umbria has been inventing the 'rally without a stopwatch' and refining it to what the Umbria Rally is today: a non-competitive tourist event  which through adventure motorcycling explores the great outdoors, history, landscape and the unspoilt and often wild nature of Umbria.

The secret of the ten editions of Rally dell’Umbria is a formula that combines the length of three stages on natural roads (about 860 km in total) with the great showcase (also mundane) of the historic centre of Perugia, an artistic masterpiece city and regional capital. The route, which is new and self-contained every year, is faithful to the desire to explore the Umbria in its lesser-known and for this reason even more characteristic areas.
